You will receive an email from the address pcssecret@gmail.com.
(If you ever have any questions, please email them to that address, and you will get a response from the PCS Super-Secret-Staff-Supporter headquarters.)
You will be assigned 1 new and 1 returning PCS staff member for the 2013-2014 school year.
Your mission is simple: secretly show support to those staff members throughout the year.
- Get to know them.
- Think about them.
- Check in with them to see how they are doing in a way that feels comfortable to you.
(The idea is much like Silent Mentoring only staff-to-staff instead of staff-to-student.)
Being a PCS Super-Secret-Staff-Supporter is about PCS staff wanting to spread a feeling of community and belonging around our school and will always remain a secret.
